Job Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent, including utilizing online job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referral programs.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles, from entry-level to management positions, within the resort and casino operations.
- Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit to recommend qualified individuals to hiring managers.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating background checks, and extending offers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in developing and improving recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives.
- Participate in job fairs, community outreach events, and other recruitment activities as needed.
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within the hospitality, gaming, or entertainment industry.
- Proven ability to source and attract qualified candidates using various recruitment tools and strategies.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
