The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily operational activities and resource assignments
- Serve as a primary liaison between customers, Field Technician Supervisors, and Project Managers
- Communicate job requirements, timelines, and updates to all relevant stakeholders
- Monitor job progress and assist with resolving scheduling or operational conflicts
- Support operational efficiency through accurate documentation and use of internal systems
- One-year certificate from a college or technical school or 6 months to 3 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and standard office equipment
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with Energy Management Systems (EMS), HVAC systems, and/or temperature control systems is preferred
- Intermediate level
- Suitable for candidates with hands-on operational coordination experience who can work with minimal supervision and contribute to process improvement
