Overview: Multiple projects are underway to integrate the operations of this business. One such integration relates to purchase system transactions for Indirect goods and services. The scope of this project includes five legal entities, four countries, and 1400 new suppliers. Contingent Workers will perform incremental work associated with new supplier set-ups and working collaboratively with GBS. The duration of this assignment is 6 months each. Anticipate co-location of Contingent Workers with GBS central operations in Budapest and/or United States. Key Responsibilities Process supplier and/or GBS inquiries and escalations: - Prioritize urgency of inquiries and process responses accordingly - Resolve yourself where possible and respond to supplier - Use FAQs where applicable - Understand escalation points and route to responsible party(s) for resolution - Build and maintain responsible party directory Tracking and Reporting - Monitor flow of inquiries into central mailbox - Monitor response resolution through completion - Disciplined follow-up with responsible party(s) to close out inquiries in a timely manner - Daily / weekly reporting of total inquiries, total resolved, total in process
