This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a brand-new delivery program launching in the area. The role involves recruiting local businesses to join the delivery partner program. You will collaborate with a Field Manager and other local contractors to visit prospective businesses, pitch the program opportunity, qualify businesses, guide them through the application process, drive referrals through community organizations, and coordinate recruitment events. This position requires travel around your territory and offers the potential to earn commission.
Responsibilities
The role involves in-field sales up to five times a week. Candidates should reside in the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, or Manhattan. There is a $50 per month phone reimbursement and the potential to be part of an exciting new program. The work environment is dynamic, with opportunities for substantial commission and collaboration with local businesses and community organizations.

Responsibilities
- Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns (Brooklyn/Bronx).
- Present and pitch the new program opportunity to prospective businesses and generate interest to apply.
- Qualify the prospective businesses and guide them through the application process.
- Lead activity and manage pipeline in Salesforce.
- Support the Field Manager to plan and host recruitment events in the community such as lunch and learns and town hall meetings.
- Collaborate with the Field Manager to work with local influencers like chambers of commerce and economic development associations.
- Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis.
- 1-2 years of field sales experience.
- Experience in sales management, door-to-door sales, and outside sales.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Salesforce preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin.
- 2 years in sales and/or customer service experience.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Field sales experience is required.
