Order Entry SpecialistJob DescriptionWe are seeking an Order Entry / Administrative Support professional to provide critical administrative assistance to our Order Analyst team. This role is highly detail-oriented and focuses on receiving, reviewing, and distributing incoming customer orders to ensure accurate and timely processing. The position will support a large analyst group and play a key role in maintaining workflow continuity during a leave of absence and potential upcoming retirement. This is a temporary or temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential to extend through late summer or early fall.ResponsibilitiesReceive all incoming customer orders from various sources.Review orders for completeness and accuracy.Distribute orders appropriately to Order Analysts.Serve as an administrative support resource for the Order Analyst team.Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy and attention to detail.Utilize Excel and internal systems to track and manage order information.Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling customer and internal data.Essential SkillsPrevious data entry or administrative experience.General understanding of computer systems and office technology.Experience using Microsoft Excel.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Professional communication and work style.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with BPCS (Basic Process Control System) is nice to have.Work EnvironmentThe position is fully onsite, with the entire department working in-office. The hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with some flexibility available within the schedule. The team consists of over 20 members, with this role providing centralized support to the full analyst team.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Green Bay, WI.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
