Job Description & Responsibilities

We are actively seeking a driven and customer-focused Logistics Account Manager to join our growing 3PL brokerage team. In this role, you’ll be the key point of contact for clients and carriers, ensuring seamless freight movement while building long-term relationships and driving business growth.

• Lead Generation: Source new business through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Customer Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Carrier Negotiation: Secure competitive rates and contracts with carriers.
• Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.
• Operational Coordination: Collaborate with the operations team to meet delivery expectations.
• Issue Resolution: Proactively address and resolve transportation issues.
• Communication: Provide timely updates and clear communication to all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of logistics or 3PL experience preferred
• 1 year of logistics sales experience
• Strong phone and email communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Team player with strong problem-solving and mediation skills
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure logistics environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jacksonville, FL.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
