Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain certification and eLearning content for a complex technology platform.
- Create detailed course structures, storyboards, learning objectives, and instructional content that can be transformed into multimedia learning experiences.
- Develop self-paced learning modules using industry-standard authoring and publishing tools.
- Collaborate with multimedia designers, subject matter experts, product teams, and content stakeholders to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
- Publish and manage learning content within a Learning Experience Platform (LXP) or Learning Management System (LMS).
- Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to improve learner outcomes and engagement.
- Ensure content aligns with established brand voice, style guidelines, and educational standards.
- Create scalable learning content that supports personalization, adaptive learning pathways, and AI-enabled learning experiences.
- Continuously evaluate learning effectiveness and recommend improvements based on learner feedback, performance metrics, and evolving business needs.
- 5 years of experience in Learning Experience Design, Instructional Design, or eLearning Development.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Education, Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, Arts, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and modern instructional design methodologies.
- Experience creating storyboards, course outlines, and digital learning content.
- Proven ability to develop certification programs and self-paced eLearning experiences.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt content to a specific audience and brand voice.
- Experience with Articulate 360 Suite, including Rise and Storyline.
- Experience working with Learning Experience Platforms (LXP) or Learning Management Systems (LMS), such as Intellum or similar platforms.
- Background supporting certification programs for advertising, marketing, media, SaaS, or technology platforms.
- Experience with digital advertising ecosystems or online marketing technologies.
- Familiarity with AI-powered learning experiences, content personalization, and adaptive learning strategies.
- Experience creating content that can be dynamically reused, personalized, or enhanced through emerging learning technologies.
- Strong instructional design and content development expertise.
- Passion for creating engaging, learner-centric digital experiences.
- Experience designing scalable certification and education programs.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Forward-thinking mindset with interest in AI, personalization, and the future of digital learning.
