Key Responsibilities
- Support full‑cycle recruiting activities under guidance from senior recruiters or managers.
- Assist with candidate screening, scheduling, and follow‑up communications.
- Conduct phone screens and maintain a positive, professional candidate experience.
- Support offer preparation, offer delivery, and basic compensation discussions.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Help meet hiring timelines while following established processes and compliance requirements.
- 1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Comfort working in a structured, process‑driven environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with attention to detail.
- Eligibility to work in a U.S. government or cleared environment (active clearance may be required depending on assignment).
- Prior experience supporting recruiting in government, cleared, or regulated environments.
- Exposure to high‑volume recruiting
- Familiarity with ATS tools (experience level can be basic).
- Interest in learning sourcing techniques and candidate outreach.
- Experience supporting operations, logistics, administrative, or mission‑driven teams.
