Key Responsibilities Include
- Assist with candidate sourcing, resume screening, and coordinating interview schedules.
- Support recruiters through the interview process, including initial phone screens and candidate follow‑up.
- Conduct reference checks, assist in preparing offer letters, and help facilitate the offer and acceptance process.
- Participate in new hire orientation and onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for incoming employees.
- Help maintain accurate applicant and employee data within internal systems and tracking tools.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR team members to support ongoing hiring needs and staffing projects.
- May conduct exit interviews and process employee status changes, ensuring compliance and documentation accuracy.
- Provide administrative and project coordination support across the HR and Recruiting teams.
- Contribute to process improvements and help ensure an efficient, candidate‑friendly recruitment experience.

- Hands-on exposure to HR processes, hiring strategy, and talent operations.

- Manager is open to former RC’s in good standing, ideally someone with closer to 9 months.
