Position: Sourcing Recruiter

Location: Seattle, WA, Arlington VA (Onsite)

Pay: $36.00 – $37.00/hr

In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers and recruiting leaders to design and execute innovative sourcing strategies that fuel our technical teams’ success. • Source and engage qualified candidates for a variety of technical roles using advanced sourcing techniques and tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies aligned with business goals.
• Communicate insights and progress to recruiting leaders through data-driven reports, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage the candidate experience throughout the interview process, ensuring speed, transparency, and professionalism.
• Optimize processes for efficiency and ROI while keeping candidate and client experience as the top priority.

• Experience in high-volume recruiting using phone, email, and text outreach.
• Hands-on experience with CTS/ATS systems for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.

• 1 years of high-volume recruiting experience, ideally supporting roles such as Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Electricians, and Engineering Technicians.
• 1 years of CTS/ATS experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional/military experience.
• Strong technical sourcing capabilities using a mix of tools and resources.
• Proven ability to manage multiple searches and projects simultaneously.
• Skilled in networking and relationship-building, with a creative approach to sourcing.
• Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to execute recruiting strategies, including employer branding, diversity sourcing, and interview management.
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.
