One Medical Recruiting at Amazon is looking for a resource will be helping with sourcing for Northwest region.

Responsibilities:

Full life cycle recruiting – manage candidates from end-to end, in high volumes. Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates, as well as handle sourcing responsibilities.

This person will support virtual medical team (telehealth visits) customer care, and Medicare population health programs.

Recruits, interviews, checks references, makes offers, and conducts orientation for new employees. Performs exit interviews and processes change of employee status.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS
• 5-8 years of experience in the field or in a related area
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting including independently closing candidates

Nice to have:

• Healthcare recruitment experience
• Ability to report on large datasets
• Exceptional administrative skills

This posting is for a contract assignment with Tundra Technical Solutions to provide services to Amazon.

The pay range that Tundra in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $46/hour - $51/hour.
