Work onsite 5 days per week at the Austin location. The team is very collaborative, supporting the Whole Foods side of the business. This position provides an opportunity to gain HR experience in a dynamic environment.

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.

Job Description

Responsibilities
- Navigate Workday to perform daily data entry, corrections, and updates across HCM modules.
- Run Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs) to process bulk data uploads and maintain data accuracy.
- Execute large-scale Excel data integrity audits, analyzing and comparing data from multiple sources to identify discrepancies.
- Provide Workday HRIS Tier 1 support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve end-user tickets.
- Maintain accurate Team Member records and support payroll and benefits teams with data processing issues.
- Workday experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP) for data analysis, auditing, and manipulation.
- Analytical skills.
- Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the human resources field.
- Data interface experience.
- Experience in human resources, payroll, administrative support, and HR administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Role opened as HR Generalist classification but experience and compensation will align more with an HR Assistant.
