- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual GAAP-compliant financial statements and reports.
- Compliance & Accounting Standards: Ensure all reporting adheres to US GAAP and stay updated on emerging accounting, reporting, and disclosure requirements.
- Analysis and Review: Conduct detailed variance analysis on financial data, reconciling accounts and explaining discrepancies in financial performance.
- Internal Controls: Strengthen and document internal controls over financial reporting, maintaining compliance with regulations.
- Audit Support: Act as a key liaison for internal and external auditors, providing necessary documentation and inquiries.
- Special Projects: Assist in ad hoc financial reporting, system implementations, and technical accounting memos.
