This is a fantastic opportunity to join a new delivery program in the area. The role involves recruiting local businesses to participate in a Hub delivery partner program. You will work closely with a Field Manager and local contractors to engage prospective businesses, present the program, qualify them, assist with applications, drive community referrals, and organize recruitment events. Travel up to 1.5 hours is required, with potential commission earnings.
Responsibilities
This position requires 4-5 days in the field, with additional work-from-home time. There is an uncapped commission structure, along with reimbursement for phone expenses and mileage. Dress code is business casual for field visits.

Job Description

Responsibilities
- Visit prospective businesses door-to-door in targeted towns within a 90-minute driving distance.
- Present and pitch the new program opportunity to generate interest and encourage applications.
- Qualify businesses and guide them through the application process while managing pipeline activities in Salesforce.
- Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events such as lunch and learns and town hall meetings.
- Collaborate with local influencers, including chambers of commerce and economic development associations.
- Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce weekly to maintain data accuracy and organization.
- 2 years of experience in an outside sales environment.
- Field sales experience.
- CRM experience, particularly with Salesforce.
