The position partners closely with Corporate FP&A, Business Unit FP&A, and Accounting to ensure accurate cost tracking and alignment within enterprise financial rollups.
Responsibilities

Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end financial partnership and leadership across planning and analysis activities such as budgeting, forecasting, and accruals.
- Monitor program financial performance and deliver variance analysis to guide decision-making.
- Prepare clear, actionable reports for stakeholders.
- Develop business cases and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate investment viability.
- Use financial insights to influence strategic decisions.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Deliver ad hoc strategic and financial evaluations in support of program teams.
- Finance expertise.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Effective and professional communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with capital and strategic investments.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 8 years of work experience beyond degree.
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
- Critical thinking with advanced problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred experience in healthcare or healthcare insurance.
