- 1–3 years of recent experience in data entry, administrative support, or document processing roles
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency
- Proven ability to perform effectively in high-volume, repetitive work environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, basic formatting, and tracking tasks
- Comfortable learning and navigating systems such as ERP or CRM platforms (SAP, Salesforce, or similar)
- Ability to follow structured processes and maintain organization when working with large volumes of data

- Review, organize, and prepare paper and electronic quality documents for entry into digital systems
- Accurately input and upload data into internal platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, and Excel
- Ensure documentation is consistently labeled, categorized, and stored for easy retrieval and audit readiness
- Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and alignment across multiple systems
- Maintain detailed tracking logs and documentation inventories to monitor backlog progress
- Follow established procedures and quality standards to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements
- Identify and escalate discrepancies, missing information, or data inconsistencies
- Partner with Quality team members to support document control processes and meet project deadlines
