Data Entry/data Migration Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Excel Data Specialist to support a short-term, high-impact project focused on organizing, cleaning, and structuring large datasets. This role is critical to a broader system/software implementation initiative, ensuring data is accurate, standardized, and ready for migration.

Responsibilities

• Clean, organize, and structure large datasets in Excel
• Review data for accuracy, duplicates, and inconsistencies
• Standardize and reformat data to meet system and software requirements
• Assist in data preparation and migration into new platforms
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data is clear, accurate, and usable
• Maintain organization and consistency across high-volume data files
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
• Experience working with:
• VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP
• Pivot Tables
• Basic formulas and data manipulation tools
• High attention to detail with the ability to quickly identify errors
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage large volumes of data
• Prior experience with data cleanup, transformation, or migration preferred
  

Nice To Have

• Exposure to data migration or system implementation projects
• Experience working with ERP systems or business software platforms

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Centennial, CO.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
