Equivalent Experience

Description:
Answer calls and response to emails from members, and providers.
A majority of calls are from members regarding eligibility, authorizations, enrollment, payments/billing, claims, and ID cards.
Select, and explain the best solution to solve the issue.
Expedite correction or adjustment; follow up to ensure resolution.
Qualification
More than 1-2 year of experience in Customer service.
Stability and good tenure
High school diploma
Hours : Full-Time, 8hr. shift
between 7.30 AM to 6.00 pm, M-S
Starting Pay: $18/hr
