- Manage and collect on aged receivables totaling approximately $10 million.
- Approve and release credit limit orders up to $250k.
- Perform credit analysis and collections activities.
- Handle outbound and collection calls to ensure timely payments.
- Utilize ERP systems, specifically SAP, for invoicing and finance management.
- Provide excellent customer service while managing accounts receivable.
- 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, focusing on credit and collection efforts.
- Proficient understanding of the credit hold and release process.
- Experience with Vlookups in Excel.
- ERP experience, specifically with SAP.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Background in accounting and finance.
- Experience in making outbound and collection calls.
