Responsibilities
- Assign responsibilities and set performance expectations to ensure efficient financial operations.
- Oversee training and development programs, and conduct performance reviews.
- Prepare and analyze key financial reports such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and data sets for internal reporting and decision-making.
- Participate in internal meetings, including Monthly Reports, P&L reviews, forecasts, and annual all-hands sessions.
- Engage and coordinate with external auditors by responding to inquiries, preparing requested documentation, and ensuring timely and accurate audit support.
- Supervise daily financial transactions to ensure proper records on financial statements are maintained in a timely manner.
- Manage external reporting communications with the HQ Finance team, ensuring timely and accurate submissions and proactive issue resolution.
- Proficiency in SOX compliance and financial reporting.
- CPA certification.
- Strong performance management capabilities.
- Experience in communicating with corporate teams internationally.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and CPA certification.
- Experience in financial reporting and communication with international stakeholders.
