Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Manager to oversee the execution and administration of service-related agreements, including Statements of Work (SOWs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and Master Services Agreements (MSAs). This role focuses specifically on contracts supporting IT and marketing services, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely delivery across all documentation.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and execute SOWs, NDAs, and MSAs for IT and marketing service engagements.
- Manage the full lifecycle of service contracts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and legal standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to facilitate contract negotiations and approvals.
- Maintain organized records and tracking systems for all contract documentation.
- 3 years of for-profit contracts management experience, including executing service agreements (MSAs) for IT and/or marketing services.
- Must have IT Service Contract experience.
- Experience executing NDAs and SOWs.
- Bachelor's Degree is required.
