Job Description
The Construction Biller supports the full billing lifecycle for construction projects, ensuring accurate invoicing, meticulous documentation, and timely communication with customers and internal teams. This role focuses on processing invoices in alignment with contract terms, maintaining detailed records in multiple systems, and helping track project and claim progress to support compliant and successful project completion. It is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level professional with strong attention to detail and customer service skills who is interested in developing experience in billing and construction-related administration.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
This is a 90-day contract position with the potential for extension and possible conversion to a permanent role based on performance and business needs. The role is 100% onsite during the initial 90-day contract period, after which there is an opportunity to work remotely two days per week. The position is part of a team of about 15 individuals in a structured office environment. Standard working hours are either 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with accounting functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and invoicing is nice to have.
- Construction industry experience, including data entry, customer service, or related administrative support, is nice to have.
- Experience using Adobe software to view, edit, or manage documents is preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel for data entry, tracking, and basic spreadsheet management is preferred.
- Prior experience in billing, customer service, or administrative roles within a corporate or construction environment is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and documentation streams simultaneously.
