- Order Validation: will receive order from Esker (company web based system), reads it, and send to QAD (Mueller home grown in house system) -Provide Pricing on Orders -Quotes -Dealing with order with problems and see who is at fault (Researching) -Answering the 1-800 phone number for customer inquires -"Dropping" their orders to the warehouse to ship (Coordinate with the production department) -Will answer less than 100 inbound calls a day -Technology Inclined -Excel experience would be a nice to have -Communicates clearly and professionally with customers via phone and email -Shows proficiency in adopting and utilizing multiple technology platforms to address customer needs -Provides knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability -Works with internal departments to meet customers' needs -Researches and reviews customer reported issues to resolve discrepancies that may occur
