About The Role

Responsibilities
- Serve as a customer advocate, ensuring requirements are met and expectations exceeded.
- Manage the entire order-to-cash process for assigned customers.
- Resolve customer issues related to pricing, transactions, complaints, orders, and shipments.
- Address and document complaints, determining resolution status.
- Support inside sales for transactional customers at approved pricing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Managers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- High School Diploma or GED
- 4 years of experience post sales experience
- Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Business Objects (BOBJ), and/or Visio.
- Nice to have: SAP ERP or CRM (or similar)
