Bookkeeper

Description

• Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
• Process invoices, payments, and vendor transactions in a timely and accurate manner
• Reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and internal accounts regularly
• Assist with payroll processing and ensure proper documentation
• Track and manage expenses, purchase orders, and inventory-related financial data
• Prepare financial reports, including monthly summaries and variance reports
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Collaborate with operations, purchasing, and leadership teams to maintain financial accuracy
• Assist with audits and provide documentation as needed

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Qualifications

• 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (manufacturing or production environment preferred)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Preferred Experience
• Experience in inventory accounting or cost accounting
• Familiarity with manufacturing workflows or supply chain processes
• Experience working with ERP systems in a production setting

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
