Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Candidate Engagement: Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring clear communication and a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Language Support: Conduct interviews and communicate with candidates in both English and Spanish as needed.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, and community outreach to attract bilingual and diverse candidates.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruiting activities comply with company policies and employment laws.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and provide regular updates on recruiting metrics.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Experience: 2 years of recruiting experience (agency or corporate setting preferred).
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Technology: Proficient in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
