Job Description

Responsibilities
- Process and manage accounts payable transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in invoices and financial reports.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
- Support the transition and evolution of AP processes during periods of change.
- 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
- Proficiency in invoice processing, accounting, and invoicing.
- Proven experience working in an ERP system.
- Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Excel, SAP, and way match processes.
- Experience in a high-volume environment.
- Hands-on experience with financial data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Professional communication skills for effective interaction with vendors and stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a changing environment with evolving processes.
