Accounts Payable Specialist - Hybrid

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing invoices and managing payables across multiple regions including California, Ohio, Canada, New Jersey, and Connecticut. This role requires proficiency in accounting software, particularly SAP, and offers the opportunity for professional growth and development within a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices for payables accurately and efficiently.
• Learn and utilize SAP software for accounts management.
• Manage payables for various regions including CA, Ohio, Canada, NJ, and CT.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience with accounts payable and invoice processing.
• Proficiency in SAP and excellent Excel skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Completion of an accounting internship is preferred.
• Strong invoicing skills.

Work Environment

The position offers the opportunity to work within a close-knit team of three other accounts payable professionals in a recently relocated office in Norwalk. The office features a pleasant café downstairs, enhancing the work environment. The role has the potential to transition from a temporary to a permanent position. Future hybrid work flexibility may be offered, allowing for a balance between office and remote work. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
