About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Handle 20–40 inbound calls per day, with volume fluctuating based on weather conditions (higher during extreme heat or cold).
- Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians to job sites.
- Calm and reassure distressed customers, ensuring they feel heard and supported.
- Accurately enter customer information into our system.
- Communicate effectively with service technicians to coordinate jobs.
- 2 years of customer service experience (preferably in a call center or service-based industry).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with administrative support, data entry, and inbound call handling.
- Empathetic and patient demeanor.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Comfortable working in a small office setting.
