Accounting Specialist (AP/AR)
We're hiring an Accounting Specialist with experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and general accounting support. This role will assist with month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, reporting, and vendor/customer communications.

- Process and post AP and AR transactions
- Maintain vendor invoices and customer collections
- Reconcile accounts and research discrepancies
- Assist with month-end close and financial reporting
- Prepare accounting schedules and reports
- Post recurring journal entries
- Support payroll and benefits-related accounting entries
- Respond to vendor and customer inquiries
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2 years of AP and AR experience
- Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Stable and growing organization
