Accounting Associate- Accounts Receivable
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented addition to our finance team. This position reports directly to the Controller and works closely with Sales Managers and Sales staff, providing valuable cross-functional exposure across the organization. Responsibilities
- Support the Accounts Receivable initiative to collect past due balances from customers.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers and Sales staff to provide financial insights.
- Assist in general ledger accounting and reconciliation processes.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance financial operations.
- Utilize strong Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Communications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of general ledger accounting and reconciliation processes
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative in-office environment
- Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Accounting or Business is strongly preferred.
- Experience with NetSuite is strongly preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
