Required Skills
- 8 years of Business Analysis experience in enterprise applications.
- Strong experience with Appian Low-Code Platform (workflows, case management, process models, records, integrations).
- Expertise in requirements gathering, BRD/FRD, user stories, process mapping, gap analysis, and UAT.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong Media & Entertainment / Ad Sales domain experience, including Order Management, Campaign Management, Inventory Management, Pricing & Yield Management, Traffic Operations, Billing & Revenue Recognition, and Sales Planning.
- Knowledge of Digital, OTT, Streaming, or Cross-platform Advertising workflows is preferred.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
