Asteri Property Management is a growing company seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team. We are a vibrant community overseeing about 100 units, including houses in the Perry and Warner Robins area. This role will oversee the maintenance of 44 onsite units and 60 offsite units within a 15-mile radius.
Pay: Up to $25/hour, based on experience and certifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, including painting, minor household repairs, and groundskeeping
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot and address basic plumbing and electrical issues
- Coordinate with tenants to schedule and complete work orders and respond promptly
- Maintain accurate records of completed work using mobile technology
- Identify larger repair needs and coordinate with outside contractors as needed
- Unit turnovers
- Move in/Move out unit Inspections
Requirements:
- Solid knowledge of residential plumbing and electrical systems
- Proven experience in apartment or property maintenance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using technology (e.g., maintenance tracking apps, smartphones/tablets)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Reliable transportation for local travel (all properties within 15 miles)
