Job Description
Work location: Northern NJ
Core Responsibilities
- Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
- Handling basic office repairs and maintenance.
- Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
- Responding to maintenance service requests.
- Repairing/assembling office equipment, furniture, as necessary.
- Assist with relocations, office openings, and shuttling equipment/supplies between locations.
- Basic knowledge of electric, plumbing, painting, and general product assembly.
- Knowledge of the safe use of hand and power tools.
- Basic troubleshooting skills of general office repairs and Maintenance
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail & proactive.
- Professional presentation and attitude.
- Ability to maintain focus while working individually and understand when to ask for assistance.
- Strong time management skills.
- Driver's License/clean driving record
Reports into the Operations Department.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, general education degree (GED), or technical college degree
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Subject to background check/ drug screening.
