Overview
Urgently Hiring at our Ambulatory Surgical Center for a Fluoroscopy Technician.
Location: Carlstadt, NJ
Per diem coverage needed on the following days: Mondays, Fridays, every other Saturday
Primary duties include but not limited to:
- Operating radiological equipment
- Positioning patients and ensuring images are captured accurately for diagnostic purposes.
Required Skills
- Perform X-ray imaging and produce diagnostic images as per physician orders.
- Ability to conduct quality control studies, learn to use computerized radiologic equipment, and operate a computer for recordkeeping purposes.
- Ability to establish effective working relationships with patients and staff.
- Strong understanding of radiation safety protocols.
Education & Experience
- Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) in the state, and registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is required.
- Possession of a CPR certification is required.
- One year of experience is desirable.
Shifts up to 8hrs – per-diem two Saturday’s a month is mandatory.
Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
