- ries.Develop KPIs such as PM completion rates, MTBF, MTTR, schedule compliance, and unplanned downtime met
- rics.Support digital transformation efforts related to IoT sensors, automated data collection, and advanced analy
tics.5. Spare Parts & Inventory Manag
- ementCreate accurate BOMs (Bills of Materials) and ensure critical spares are stocked appropria
- tely.Work with purchasing and storeroom teams to optimize inventory levels and reduce stock
- outs.Track consumption trends to ensure long-term parts availabi
lity.6. Safety & Compl
- ianceEnsure all planned jobs include proper safety instructions, permits, and lockout/ tagout requirem
- ents.Support compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and OSHA stand
- ards.Integrate reliability and safety goals to minimize risks associated with equipment fai
lure.Qualifica
- tionsAssociate or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experie
- nce).3–5 years of maintenance planning experience in automotive or high-volume manufactu
- ring.Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance methodolo
- gies.Experience with CMMS platforms (SAP PM, Maximo, eMaint, Fiix, or simi
- lar).Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and reliability tools (RCM, RCA, F
- MEA).Ability to interpret technical drawings and equipment man
- uals.Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving sk
ills.Preferred S
- killsCertifications such as CMRP, CRL, or
- PMP.Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies, IoT sensors, or machine-learning-based predictive sys
