Job Title: Scrum Master

Work Location –           Hybrid with 2-3 days ONSITE in Bloomington, IL

Client work location –  Bloomington, IL

Targeted Start Date – May 11th , 2026 (could be sooner depending on availability)

Scrum Master – Seeking a Resource with 3-5 years of experience Managing & Coordinating IT Projects in a fast paced setting, With Insurance Industry Experience Candidates will be responsible for working with the IT Managers and maintaining agile schedules by following Scaled Agile Framework processes. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, PI Planning, Daily Maintenance of story boards, Issues & Risk Management, Team Review Meetings and Monthly Report Generation. Experience utilizing Rally PPM project management software is a plus.

Experience with Data Quality Management is highly desired. Must be Scrum Master certified in SAFe Agile. 

Job Tasks and Deliverables:

·         Help enterprise Data Quality Management teams apply the Scrum framework

·         Plan deliverables and helping teams monitor performance

·         Resolve issues that hinder the teams’ work

·         Manage each project’s scope and timeline

·         Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups

·         Coach team members in Agile frameworks

·         Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration

·         Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
