About the Role:

We're on the lookout for a sharp and detail-oriented Junior Software Tester to join our QA squad in Tucson. If you're someone who’s passionate about tech, loves breaking things (in a good way), and wants to grow in the world of software testing, this one's for you.

• Responsibilities:Work closely with developers and QA team to test new features and updates
• Execute manual and automated test cases
• Report bugs clearly and track them to closure
• Help write and maintain test documentation
• Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions
• Learn on the job and grow your testing skills
• Skills We’re Looking For:Basic knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Understanding of testing types: Functional, Regression, Smoke, etc.
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g. JIRA, Bugzilla)
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Eagerness to learn automation tools is a big plus!
• Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Internship or academic project experience in testing is a bonus
