This is a contract, on-site role for a Junior Quality Analyst based in Charlotte, NC. The Junior Quality Analyst will conduct quality assurance activities, perform thorough testing of systems, identify and analyze defects, and ensure the deliverables meet specified requirements and quality standards. The role also involves documenting test cases, collaborating with team members for process improvement, and communicating test results effectively to stakeholders.
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess system performance and identify issues
- Proficiency in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management practices
- Excellent Communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and report findings effectively
- Detail orientation and problem-solving abilities; ability to adapt quickly to new tools and technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies is a plus
