We’re a boutique firm, so you’ll work directly on complex deals from your first month, in a team where your analysis is seen and used, not buried under layers of hierarchy.
Job DescriptionGenerate new deals across our commercial real estate lending and financial consulting lines. Full training provided. You’ll connect with property owners and brokers by phone, email, and in person, and be measured on contacts and closings.
Qualifications- Sales or business development experience is a plus, but not required
- Familiarity with sales principles and a genuine interest in building client relationships
- Strong written and spoken English
- Confident, personable communicator who builds rapport quickly
- A service-first mindset and a passion for helping clients succeed
Additional Information
$40-45k plus comission
Salary : $40,000 - $45,000
