What You’ll Own

- Lead & Develop Talent: Manage, coach, and inspire a team of sales associates to consistently exceed targets
- Drive Revenue: Execute high-volume outbound strategies and build strong client relationships
- Build Winning Strategies: Set clear goals and implement scalable, results-driven sales processes
- Create Accountability: Track performance, identify gaps, and elevate team output through coaching and feedback
- Spot Opportunities: Identify new markets and grow strategic client partnerships
- Own the Numbers: Analyze KPIs, forecasts, and pipeline health to guide decision-making
- Represent AST: Be a visible leader at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities

- 5 years leading sales teams with a track record of hitting or exceeding aggressive goals
- Proven success in high-volume outbound / cold calling environments (required)

- Solid understanding of the commercial real estate landscape
- Comfortable using CRM tools and data to drive performance
