Assyst is seeking a Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Administrator to support our client in driving the successful delivery, adoption, and sustainment of enterprise IT initiatives. This is an onsite position based in Tallahassee, FL 32309.

Summary: The Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Administrator will lead and coordinate organizational change management activities for enterprise-level IT projects. This role is responsible for developing and executing change management strategies that support successful implementation and adoption of technology initiatives, including enterprise system implementations, cloud migrations, cybersecurity and infrastructure projects, software development initiatives, and digital transformation programs.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with project managers, technical teams, leadership, and stakeholders to assess organizational impacts, manage change readiness, develop communication and training strategies, and ensure successful end-user adoption. This position requires strong project coordination, analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills to deliver high-quality OCM outcomes across multiple initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the Organizational Change Management (OCM) workstream for enterprise IT projects, ensuring alignment with project scope, budget, timeline, risks, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate and oversee OCM activities, assignments, and deliverables while monitoring project progress and ensuring timely execution.
  • Review OCM work products, perform quality assurance, and ensure deliverables meet project objectives, quality standards, and acceptance criteria.
  • Develop, coordinate, and maintain OCM documentation and project artifacts throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Track project milestones and monitor progress for all initiatives involving organizational change management activities.
  • Identify, prioritize, and communicate opportunities to improve organizational readiness and support project success.
  • Facilitate OCM meetings, workshops, stakeholder sessions, and implementation activities.
  • Support organizational change initiatives across enterprise system implementations, cloud migrations, cybersecurity, infrastructure modernization, software development, and digital transformation projects.
  • Partner with project managers, solution architects, and technical teams to assess organizational impacts and align change management activities with project milestones and implementation schedules.
  • Develop and maintain change management deliverables, including:
    • Change Impact Assessments
    • Stakeholder Analyses
    • Readiness Assessments
    • Communication Plans
    • Training Plans
    • Resistance Management Plans
    • Post-Implementation Sustainment Plans
  • Provide regular project status updates and proactively identify and escalate risks, quality concerns, or timeline issues as needed.
  • Collaborate effectively with leadership, project teams, stakeholders, consultants, and vendors to drive successful change adoption.
Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Organizational Change Management (OCM) principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Working knowledge of Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) principles, methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Understanding of assessment methodologies, analytical processes, and organizational impact analysis.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design practices.
  • Experience supporting enterprise IT initiatives, including system implementations, cloud migration, cybersecurity, infrastructure, software development, and digital transformation projects.
  • Strong project coordination, strategic planning, and program management skills.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities with the capability to develop actionable recommendations.
  • Experience designing and delivering stakeholder communications, presentations, consultation services, and training programs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Experience managing stakeholder engagement, communication planning, organizational readiness, and change adoption across multiple enterprise initiatives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
  • Strong facilitation skills for meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate complex work assignments, and meet project deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with leadership, project teams, stakeholders, consultants, and vendors.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work, manage resources, and support project execution from planning through implementation.
