ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
50% Assist regional sales teams increase premium and sales in assigned territory that is consistent with product and strategic goals, which includes:
- Prospecting, recruiting, developing, and strengthening relationships with distributors; and
- Making weekly appointments with current or potential sources of distribution.
50% Effectively assists in the management of the assigned territories, which includes:
- Working collaboratively with regional sales managers, regional wholesalers, and distributors to develop territory to meet sales goals; and
- Utilizing Hub Spot CRM and measurables for basic territory management and contact management reporting.

Training And Development
Associate will follow a structured training process, which includes:
- Industry knowledge
- Life and Health License; CLU, LUTCF
- Assurity Products
- Brokerage and Worksite Distribution
- Personal Productivity
- Home Office Operations
After Initial training this position may transition to a Regional Wholesaler position. Associate Is responsible for building and managing a territory.
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field or relevant experience.
PHYSICAL AND WORK SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS
- May require work more than 40 hours a week in order to complete functions of position.
- Consistent and reliable attendance is an essential function to this position.
