You're not carrying a demo window in and out of somebody's living room.

You're not trying to explain to a homeowner why their solar payment is bigger than the electric bill it was supposed to replace.

You're going to Orange County, the South Bay, and the west side of the Inland Empire. Real territory, tight drive times, and appointments that come from people who already trust us.

What this job actually is

AssurePro Restoration is a licensed water, fire, and mold remediation and reconstruction contractor. When a pipe bursts at 2 AM, when a water heater fails, when a slab leak soaks half a house — we're who shows up.

Our leads come from an established network of qualified referral partners — professionals who call us because they've worked with us before and trust the outcome.

You're walking into a home where the homeowner already has a problem, already knows they have a problem, and already got your name from someone they trust. Your job is to scope it, explain it, earn the signature, and hand off a clean file to production.

Day to day, you're:

• Running mitigation appointments from warm referral sources across your territory
• Walking properties, documenting damage, and building the scope of work
• Explaining the insurance process to homeowners in plain English so they stop panicking
• Closing the work authorization and setting expectations that production can actually meet
• Staying in front of your referral partners so the pipeline keeps feeding itself

The money, out loud

• $60,000 base salary.
• Commission on closed mitigation work, on top of the base.
• Sales bonuses for hitting quota and stretch targets.
• A rep who hits quota earns approximately $150,000 per year.

This is not a 1099 straight-commission job dressed up in salary language. There's a real base. There's real upside. Both are on the table on day one.

Who we're looking for

You'll do well here if you:

• Have a track record in in-home sales (restoration or insurance-claim experience is a plus, not a requirement)
• Can build and keep referral relationships — this is a relationship business
• Are comfortable with urgency; water damage doesn't schedule itself
• Write things down, document properly, and don't cut corners on paperwork
• Have a valid CA driver's license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
