Unarmed Security Officer | Full-time and Part-time positions

We are seeking energetic and vigilant Unarmed Security Officers to join our team in both full-time and part-time roles. Duties

• Monitor premises by conducting regular visual inspections to identify suspicious activity or safety hazards.
• Control access points by verifying identification and authorizations for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
• Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies by following established protocols and communicating with law enforcement or emergency responders as needed.
• Enforce facility policies related to loss prevention, trespassing, and safety regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Conduct conflict management when necessary by de-escalating tense situations with tact and professionalism.
• Complete detailed incident reports, shift logs, and security documentation accurately and promptly.

Experience

• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of surveillance and security patrols. De-escalating tense situations.
• Demonstrated ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to document incidents clearly and concisely.
• Experience in conflict resolution or de-escalation techniques is a plus.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Unarmed Security Guard: 2 years (Required)
• Customer Service : 2 years (Required)
• De-escalation: 2 years (Required)
• Foot Patrol: 1 year (Required)
• reporting incidents and security related report documenting: 1 year (Required)

Language:

• English (Required)

License/Certification:

• Class D Security License (Required)
• Drivers License (Required)

Shift availability:
