Assured Protection has full-time Unarmed Security Officer position available in the Greater Baltimore area. We are seeking applicants who are experienced in working in an outdoor and indoor professional environment, who can display exceptional customer and security service, and be willing to go above and beyond to service our customers and clients.
Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm
This shift is 50 hours per week with mandatory 10 hours overtime (paid at time and a half).
Essential Functions:
- Provide great customer service and assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Walking, standing inside and outside and lobby/concierge position
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
- Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot
- Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards
- Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of fire or presence of unauthorized persons
- Warn violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking or carrying forbidden articles
- Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitors entrances and exits
- Observe departing personnel protect against theft of company property and ensure that authorized removal of property is conducted within appropriate client requirements
- Observe, investigate and prepare reports on accidents, occurrences, incidents, and suspicious activities
Requirements
Must be at least 21 years old or the minimum age required by the State

Pay: $17.00 - $18.25 per hour
