Assured Protection has a Full-Time Unarmed Security Officer position available at shopping center located in Timonium, Baltimore County. We are seeking someone who is experienced working in a outdoor professional environment, who can display exceptional customer and security service, and be willing to go above and beyond to service our customers and clients.
Essential Functions:
- Mobile position
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions
- Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot and vehicle
- Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards
- Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of fire or presence of unauthorized persons
- Warn violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking or carrying forbidden articles
- Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitors entrances and exits
- Observe departing personnel protect against theft of company property and ensure that authorized removal of property is conducted within appropriate client requirements
- Observe, Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, occurrences, incidents, and suspicious activities
- Provide great customer service and assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by the State
- This is a drug-free work environment
- Must submit to an extensive background check
- Must have a Valid Maryland Drivers License Not a Provisional or a Permit with less then 2 points
Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour

Experience:
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Security: 1 year (Required)

- Active Maryland Guard Card in your Possession (Required)
