ABOUT THE ROL
EWe're looking for a Community Engagement Specialist to join the Quest Oracle Community team. As the Community Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting with customer engagement and membership renewals. In this role, you will leverage your proven service skills to develop relationships, provide service and guidance, introduce the Quest community and benefits of membership to qualified professional prospects and support key accounts to monitor customer satisfaction and deliver against renewal/retention objectives

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITI
