PRIMARY PURPOSE: Ensure guests are seated at a clean, properly set table. Maintain cleanliness of the dining room and restrooms.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
· Assist Wait Staff, Bartender and Host/Hostess’ to ensure guests receive excellent service
· Ensure guests receive water and bread service upon arrival to the table
· Empty trash, spot sweep, clean, sanitize high touch surfaces and ensure high chairs and booster seats are cleaned and sanitized before/after use
· Clear away dishes and glassware from guests table and refill beverages as needed
· Keep Manager fully informed of any concern received from guests as it pertains to F & B
· Perform additional duties as required
WORKING CONDITIONS:
· Lifts and carries sacks, cases and service trays of up to 50 lbs.
· Frequent bending and stooping, reaching & wiping.
· Works indoors 75%; outdoors 25%.
· Works frequently in a hot and damp environment.
· Walks or stands most of 6–8-hour shift.
SAFETY HAZARDS:
· Cuts from broken glass and/or metal cans
· Burns
· Slipping/Tripping
· Frequent bending/stooping
· Moderately heavy lifting
