II. Position Details
- Status: Independent Contractor
- Start date: Immediate; terms will continue on a monthly basis unless terminated earlier with 30 day notification
- Hours: Approximately 20-25 hours per week
- Compensation: $50.00 – $65.00 per hour based on experience
- Expense Budget: Up to $20,000 annually (pre-approved)

- Identify, cultivate, and solicit high-capacity donors
- Build and manage a donor pipeline using DonorPerfect
- Conduct donor meetings and stewardship activities
- Develop personalized giving strategies

- Manage timelines, submissions, and reporting
- Build relationships with foundation representatives

- Attend and contribute to at least one Development Advisory Board evening meeting per month

- Collaborate with the Principal, Pastor, and School Board
V. Qualifications
- Proven success in nonprofit or school fundraising
- Demonstrated ability to raise six-figure revenue annually
- Experience securing major gifts and grants
- Proficiency with donor databases, preferably DonorPerfect
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently with clear accountability
- Experience in Catholic or faith-based education development
- Familiarity with Catholic philanthropic networks, including FADICA, Catholic community foundations, and Catholic Education Foundation (CEF)
- Experience leveraging Catholic scholarship programs
- Familiarity with the San Francisco Bay Area philanthropic landscape
