- Bilingual: You are Spanish-English or Vietnamese-English bilingual/biliterate.
- Creative & Independent: You possess the creativity to test new ideas and the administrative skill to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- Adaptable: You are comfortable with a non-conventional mix of office and outdoor work and enjoy interacting with visitors in a farm setting.
- CRM Expertise: Ability to maintain and optimize systems to track community members, volunteers, and engagement metrics.
- Marketing Flair: Experience managing social media platforms, creating e-newsletters, and updating website content via Squarespace.
- Storytelling Skills: A knack for gathering assets like photos and quotes to highlight organizational impact.
- Group Coordination: Skills to facilitate outreach, scheduling, and follow-up for workshops and volunteer opportunities.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Google Workspace, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
